so something, like always is bothering me. customers who get your position as a customer confused with my position as a employee. so as you know if youve been reading my blog, i work at this place that isnt named t-mobile and everyday someone comes in who knows more about my companies procedures than i do. they've read the employee handbook 10 times, sat in on every meeting known to man and even wrote half the rules. if thats the case then can i get a damn raise??? i mean really!

people dont go up to sales rep, technicians, police officers, the doctors.... anybody with anything important to do and tell us what we have to do. we dont like it. its annoying, and if you happen to get me as a rep.... im passing you off to someone else. your job is to buy our products and shut up my job is to sell it to you and tell you what you can and cant do.

thanks come again, cool girl indie.
